We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data entry, with a strong focus on working with Excel, Shopify, and WooCommerce. Knowledge of delivery applications such as Talabat, InstaShop, Deliveroo, and others is highly advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Data Entry and Management:**

– Accurately input, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.

– Perform data validation and ensure data integrity.

– Generate reports and analyze data as required.

– **E-commerce Platform Management:**

– Manage and update product listings on Shopify and WooCommerce.

– Ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date.

– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts.

– **Delivery Application Coordination:**

– Familiarity with delivery applications such as Talabat, InstaShop, Deliveroo, etc.

– Coordinate order entries and updates across multiple delivery platforms.

– Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders through delivery applications.

– **Quality Control:**

– Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.

– Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of data and information.

– **Communication and Coordination:**

– Liaise with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

– Communicate with external partners and delivery services to resolve any issues.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in data entry, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulae.
– Experience with Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
– Familiarity with delivery applications like Talabat, InstaShop, and Deliveroo.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

**Education:**
– High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
