Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees and conduct new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Assist with daily HR operations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Implement and enforce HR policies across the organization to maintain compliance and consistency.
- Address employee queries promptly, providing accurate information and support.
- Stay informed about changes in labor legislation and ensure compliance throughout the organization.
- Educate employees about available benefits, such as additional vacation days, and work to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze data to develop HR solutions and recommend courses of action.
- Update employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Support leadership in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain the attendance system, preparing monthly attendance reports.
- Create and manage the HR calendar, ensuring all activities are organized and executed effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant, with a strong background in HR systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
Knowledge and Competency:
- In-depth understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- A customer-centric approach to HR, viewing it as a service center for employees.
- Strong grasp of industry best practices in HR.
