Office assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.

Your Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading of parts and Tires
  • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the purchase order, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
  • Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation.
  • Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
  • Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • 2-3 Years Experience in the Same Role
  • To have previous warehouse experience
  • To be physically fit
