Opisok Ortho Specialized Clinic is seeking a meticulous and experienced Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring that our inventory and logistics operations run smoothly, supporting the clinic’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipments.
- Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Record and manage all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Optimize storage space and maintain an organized layout for efficient stock management.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage conditions for different product types.
- Allocate tasks to staff and monitor their performance for optimal efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy by batch and expiry.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and overall warehouse performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train storekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, and warehouse operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and analytical thinking.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of an Asian language is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and strategic thinking skills.
